If you want total peace of mind that in the event of a Server or Computer failure that you have help on hand then you should consider one of our support contracts which will be tailored to your exact requirements.

We supply both reactive and proactive support contracts. Some Customers are happiest knowing that we are going to attend for a certain number of hours each and every month and other Customers prefer knowing that they have someone to contact in an emergency.

Both these contracts are banded on the number of Servers and Computers but unlike most contracts we include all your peripherals. A free of charge visit will be made to assess your equipment and a report will be sent to you outlining the costs of a support contract and including recommendations.
