We supply both reactive and proactive support contracts. Some Customers are happiest knowing that we are going to attend for a certain number of hours each and every month and other Customers prefer knowing that they have someone to contact in an emergency.
Both these contracts are banded on the number of Servers and Computers but unlike most contracts we include all your peripherals. A free of charge visit will be made to assess your equipment and a report will be sent to you outlining the costs of a support contract and including recommendations.
